Skincare during Lockdown
Don't let #Corona mess up your skincare regime.
I understand that these times maybe tough on you but we are all going through it. And we need to accept the new normal.
Your relationship with your skin might not have been the best at all times but now is the time that you can improve your skincare routine. But don't go all out experimenting with the products instead follow these simple steps.
Hydrate, Hydrate and Hydrate
Keeping yourself hydrated is the key to keeping not only your skin but your body healthy. It's really important to stay hydrated because it removes toxins from the body and improves your skin texture.
Give your Skin Vitamins and Nutrients
It's important to consume food rich in vitamins and other nutrients so as to boost up immunity and improve the skin. Your skin is accustom to the lights of the day but it is really necessary to have your skin breath fresh air and some heat from the sun. Sitting by the window for some beams of the sun or vitamin D supplements might help (vitamin D can also be consumed from mushroom, cheese and soy milk).
But remember sitting by the sun for too long is still a concern, so always have SPF on even if you are indoors.

Eat right, take proper care of your skin, keep yourself hydrated and you'll have a glowing skin all year round.
